Happy to see that the community courses should be up for at least a while longer 
Currently I have not switched to the new experience, so I can open community courses on both app.memrise.com and community-courses.memrise.com. However, there is a slight difference between the two: the official courses are missing from the latter.
If the former is forced to switch to the new experience, access to the classic official courses will probably be lost completely.

I think I have seen it before actually. For now everything seems alright again. The posts slowly turned back to normal. I received several notifications for those posts (for likes) when they came back under my name.
johnastsang He has replied. He doesn't seem to see the variety of community courses, and I have to repeat what I said two years ago.
I've just spotted against the 1 to 7 official courses "Moving to the new experience soon".
So guess that answers what will be happening.
The small course banners on the website still say the same for me ("We will have a new version soon" in Dutch).
Furthermore I have lost access to the new experience over a week ago. I asked Memrise: they simply removed the button for users to go to the new experience because of problems. They have given no timeline when they expect to solve it. So I can't learn anything new there at the moment.
I too have not been able to access the new experience but that hasn't concerned my as I'm making the most of the official courses while I still can.
Does that mean that no one can access the new experience - ie it's on hold?
Or is it that if you are on the old experience you can't switch, but people on the new experience are stuck there?
I've already finished their official courses for the languages I'm studying (from Dutch). Their new courses (from English) are larger.
This is what they answered me:
We're sorry you've been unable to access the new Memrise content and features. We've had to temporarily stop users moving to the new experience while we iron out some problems faced by users that have already been migrated. As soon as it's available again for old users, we'll be sure to let you know.

I wonder how long it would take me to get a mobile app up and running, and if it'd be worth prioritizing that over fixing bugs in the web version and cloning courses.
