  • Images not loading

All the course images are blank for me with the broken image icon on them. Tried on Firefox(main browser) and Vivaldi(chrome based). I'm running Linux, perhaps that's creating the issue?

    The image in my own course's description is broken, when I upload one. Does anybody else have this problem, too?

      I just tried creating a new course and uploading an image for it, and it worked okay for me. Can you try removing the course's image and adding it again?

      How big is the image that you're uploading?

        It's a png, 21kB, 150x150.

        I tried removing and reuploading, but I only got a broken image icon.

          neoncube Hi! I am also trying to add cover images to my courses but am getting a broken image icon instead 🙁

              Kmud2628 and @[deleted], This should now be fixed! 🙂 If you remove and re-add your course image, it should now show up! 🙂

              Sorry it took me so long to fix this. It turns out that the last time I tried to figure out what was going on, I used an image that already had been uploaded, so it looked like it worked, even though it didn't '-_-

                    Please disregard. The images are loading ok on Firefox today.

                      alanh No worries, and thanks for the report 🙂 The images are hosted on Amazon S3, so they should be pretty stable, but if we notice repeated issues with them loading, I can look into it 🙂
