Actually, I think he was hope to just post the mems database, in general, rather than directly send it to me. I don't have a good way to contact Ben Whately, though, so I haven't heard anything since the forums shut down.
Personally, even if Ben Whately shares the mems with everyone, I'm not sure that I'd integrate them into My Little Word Land, but I could probably help host a back for people to download.
