medaki I've just updated the script, which I think might have fixed the issue. If you'd like to try again, you can update the extension by opening Tampermonkey and clicking the date under "Last updated":
Then if you open the Levels editing page of your course and refresh the page, the "Attempt to eliminate phantom entries" button should show up:
(If this doesn't work, you could try holding Shift while clicking the refresh button in your browser -- sometimes that helps XD)
