[New settings] Default test types ("typing" or "multiple choice")

I've just added two new settings! 🙂

The first setting lets people choose whether they'd like for tests to default to typing or multiple choice. This setting can be changed on the My Account page:

The second setting lets course authors and contributors mark a course as being designed primarily for multiple choice tests:

If you are a course's author or contributor, you can access this setting by opening a course and then clicking "Edit" -> "Edit course info".

If you're currently using a course that you think should have its test type set to "multiple choice", please let me know, so that I can add you as a contributor! 🙂

On second thought, I think this setting makes more sense on a per-column basis 🙂

I've removed the "Default test type" setting from the "Edit course info" page and made it be a checkbox on the "Edit vocabulary" page.

To access the new setting, go to "Edit" -> "Edit vocabulary", click the three dots next to a column, click "Show settings", check the "Multiple choice" checkbox, and save the course:

I've enabled the multiple choice setting for the "Definition" column in the course SAT Comprehensive, so that people can try it out 🙂
