neoncube I don't remember exactly how I found the page for courses, or My Little Wordland. I think it appeared when I was using other pages on Facebook. I was listening to verbs on the Wordland list when the screen jumped to the longer course. I was really glad to find more verbs with audio. I have Durbin Feeling's books with verbs, but they don't have audio.
Yesterday, one instructor, KarynLee, sent a page for a short prayer. However, it was apparently created by an AI program. It was just, thank you for food. I will not use an AI generated program because electronic energy is not interchangeable with spiritual energy. I read that in a book by an 1800s philosopher who studied physics. He thought that the newly discovered electricity is like a corpse, a body lacking energy. He said it dulled his mind.
I use a computer to learn Cherokee now. However, I hope to get a live teacher to come teach at my local college. The college is built on land donated by descendants of Cherokee, and many of this family still live here in the tri-corner land of Ky-Tn-Va. I hope that I can attract enough students for a teacher, if I live lobg enough. I am 78+ now!
