earool Thanks for the bug report! I ended up finding and fixing that bug 5-6 hours ago, probably right when you were encountering it.
This bug was caused by my making changes to how ignoring words work (more details here). The incorrect answer screen had an "ignore" button on it, and I'd messed up some code relating to that. I've removed the ignore button from that screen until it can be fixed.
