Maybe you could add a section for conlangs for courses? I see there are already some sections for ones like Lojban, but I think a section that is like “Conlang - Other Languages” would be better than just having to toss a course in other languages

I think this is an interesting idea, but I'm generally pretty hesitant to create a new category, because when I do, I need to manually find and move all existing courses to the new category. For example, in this case, I'd need to look through all of the "Other language" courses, determine which ones were conlangs, and move them to the new "Conlang - Other" category.
