Swapping word and definition columns

Hi everyone,

A ton of courses incorrectly have their words marked as definitions and their definitions marked as words.

For example, this course is for English speakers who are studying German, but the German is marked as "Definition" and the English is marked as "Word", rather than the other way around:

I've begun fixing this. As a result, when learning or reviewing words, you may need to select the opposite learning direction as before.

For example, if you previously selected "Definition -> Word" as the learning direction, you should now select "Word -> Definition".

This has been finished for most courses, but there are still 542 courses that haven't been updated, because the data in those courses is different than what I was expecting.
