Audio Not working in Coptic 101 (with audio) course

Hello, the audio in Coptic 101 (with audio) isn’t working. When I press the play button, it changes to the stop button visually but no sound come out, and the stop button doesn’t revert back to play symbol after supposedly playing the audio. I would really appreciate help with this issue. Thank you!

Sorry for the super late reply. I somehow missed this bug when you reported it.

I've just tried out the audio in Coptic 101 (with audio), and it seems to work well on my computer. Can you give it another try and let me know if it's still not working for you? Also, can you let me know if you're using Windows, Android, iPhone, or something else, and if you're using Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or something else?

It looks like this course uses .aac files instead of .mp3 files, so I'm thinking that perhaps these files aren't supported on the device or browsers that you're using.

I'll put "support for more audio filetypes" on the wishlist 🙂

Thanks for your response and it’s okay for the delay. Thanks to everybody working on this project to be so kind and offer this. I am using both iPhone and iPad and on both I have tried safari and Google chrome. None of them works unfortunately. I also tried on my laptop yesterday only and on safari it doesn’t work however on Google chrome it does. So I’m concluding the issue has to do with iOS in general. I would appreciate it if I can use it on my phone for speedy learning of the language. Thank you!
